  • Quotation for service work  sent to you (inclusion of spares)
  • After getting Purchase order from you, Work Process – servicing / testing / aligning / repairing / rebuilding  begins
  • After completion, Safely packed along with Test reports, DC & Invoice.
  • Delivery information will be informed.

Normal Repair Service Procedure

  • Call Our service centre address; Introduce yourself and explain your need.
  • Complete a Service Request Format  for each item  you send to describe the failure of your device.
  • Carefully package your material  along with the error report..(Servos are very delicate. Please take care when packing your servo device. Many devices arrive at our factory with shipping damage that either increases the cost of repair or renders the servo non-repairable.)
